블록의 재질은 알루미늄과 알루미늄 합금, 스틸 3종류를 생산하고 있다.

There are three kinds of blocks, which are aluminum, aluminum alloy, and steel.

설치 및 교환 /Setup and shift

경하중과 중하중에 따라 블록을 선택함으로 블록의 파손으로 인한 해체시간이 필요치 않으며 한번 교환으로 장시간 사용 할 수 있다.

The proper block is chosen by the load scale. So the Disjoint time for the block is not necessary. With a replacement, you can use it for a long time.

부하용량 및 수명 / Load capacity and life

스틸 블록일 경우 알루미늄 블록보다 2배이상 크며 수명도 중하중 자동 조심형 블록보다 배로 길다.

The load capacity of the steel block is tow times bigger than that of the aluminum block. And, the life of the steel block is two times bigger than the heavy load auto safety block.

내식성 / Corrosion resistance

알루미늄 블록은 합금으로 되어 있어 내식성이 우수하다.

The aluminum block is alloyed, so it has excellent corrosion resistance.

정밀도 /Precision

볼 부시를 조립하는 하우징의 공차와 축중심에서 유니트 기준면까지의 정도는 직선운동 시스템의 기능을 좌우하는 중요한 요소이다. SNK에서는 이점을 고려하는 정도 높은 규격품을 생산한다.
