- super smart 볼부싱 베어링은 일반적인 직선 베어링보다 6배의 하중능력과 216배의 수명을 가지고 있다.(도표 1과 2참조)

- The super smart ball bushing has a 6 times bigger load capacity and 216 times longer life span than a normal linear    motion bearing. (see table 1 and 2)

■Super smart 볼부싱 베어링은 직선운동 기술분야의 비약적인 발전이다.

- 볼열의 증가와 베어링 플레이트의 적절한 위치 설계로 높은 하중능력을 가지고 있다. 이것은 하중을 받는 부위에 최대의 볼수를   집약시켰다는 것을 의미한다. (그림1을 참조.)

- The number of rows in the ball and the proper design of a bearing plates make it possible to have a high load    capacity. It means that this bearing has a highly intensive number of balls at the load applied part.(See figure 1)

이 RoundRail볼 부싱 베어링 시스템은 베어링 부품에 큰 영향을 주지 않으면서 베이스나 캐리지 가공상의 부정확도 혹은 기계의 처짐으로 발생하는 비정렬을 보상해 주는 고유한 능력이 있다.

The Round Rail ball bushing bearing system gas the capability to compensate for misalignment generated from deflections or inaccuracies of the bases and carriages in manufacturing.

■끼워 맞춤의 용이함

(The convenience of the push fit)

Super Smart 볼부싱 베어링을 조정형 하우징에 설치시, 적절한 끼워 맞춤을 할 수 있다. 이 베어링은 베어링 플레이트가 원주 방향으로 움직일 수 있도록 설계되어 있어서 고정밀 응용에 쉽게 적용할 수 있다.

The super smart ball bushing can be installed in adjustable housing with a proper push fit. This bearing is designed for making a bearing plate move in an axial direction Therefore, it is easy to apply the bearing to a high precise application.

향상된 자동조심(self -aligning)

super smart 볼부싱 베어링의 자동조심 기능은 부드러운 동작과 일정한 저마찰계수를 제공하며, 이러한 기능들은 베어링의 수명을 최대화한다.

The self-aligning function of the super smart ball bushing bearing gives a constant and low coefficient of friction and smooth movement.


(1) 베어링 플레이트는 그 바깥 면의 반경이 정밀링의 안쪽 반경보다 작게 설계되었다. 두 개의 볼열 각각에 하중을 골고루 분산시키기 위해 베어링 플레이트가 링에 대해 움직인다.(그림 2 참조)

(1) The bearing plate is designed to have a smaller outer radius than the inner radius of the face milling machine. To compensate for loads of two ball rows evenly, the bearing plate moves against the ring.(See figure 2)


 

2) 베어링은 또한 베어링 플레이트가 하중을 받는 부분의 볼의 출입을 부드럽게 하고, 끝에서 끝까지 최적의 볼하중이 걸리도록, 정밀링에 대해 0.5정도 흔들리게 설계되어 있다.(그림 3과 4참조)

(2) The bearing also makes balls move smoothly at the load applied part of the bearing plate. And, it is designer for slightly shaking about 0.5 of face milling in order to have optimum ball load from end to end.(See figure 3 and 4)


(3) 베어링 플레이트는 또한 축방향에 대하여 회전한다. 볼열의 뒤틀림을 방지하여 마찰을 최소화하고 베어링의 수명을 극대화 시킨다.

(3) The bearing plate also rotates in the axial direction. It minimizes friction and maximizes the life by preventing the ball row from becoming distorted.

끼워 맞춤의 유지

(The maintenance of the push fit)

정밀링과 플레이트는 또한 견고하여 연한 금속이나 비금속 하우징에 설치할 때에 베어링 끼워 맞춤을 오래 유지할 수 있다.

the precision ring and plate are strong. So, it can maintain the bearing push fit for a long time when they are installed in soft metal or non-metal housing.
