The self-aligning function of the super smart ball bushing bearing gives a constant and low coefficient of friction and smooth movement.


(1) º£¾î¸µ Ç÷¹ÀÌÆ®´Â ±× ¹Ù±ù ¸éÀÇ ¹Ý°æÀÌ Á¤¹Ð¸µÀÇ ¾ÈÂÊ ¹Ý°æº¸´Ù ÀÛ°Ô ¼³°èµÇ¾ú´Ù. µÎ °³ÀÇ º¼¿­ °¢°¢¿¡ ÇÏÁßÀ» °ñ°í·ç ºÐ»ê½Ã۱â À§ÇØ º£¾î¸µ Ç÷¹ÀÌÆ®°¡ ¸µ¿¡ ´ëÇØ ¿òÁ÷ÀδÙ.(±×¸² 2 ÂüÁ¶)

(1) The bearing plate is designed to have a smaller outer radius than the inner radius of the face milling machine. To compensate for loads of two ball rows evenly, the bearing plate moves against the ring.(See figure 2)


 

2) º£¾î¸µÀº ¶ÇÇÑ º£¾î¸µ Ç÷¹ÀÌÆ®°¡ ÇÏÁßÀ» ¹Þ´Â ºÎºÐÀÇ º¼ÀÇ ÃâÀÔÀ» ºÎµå·´°Ô Çϰí, ³¡¿¡¼­ ³¡±îÁö ÃÖÀûÀÇ º¼ÇÏÁßÀÌ °É¸®µµ·Ï, Á¤¹Ð¸µ¿¡ ´ëÇØ 0.5Á¤µµ Èçµé¸®°Ô ¼³°èµÇ¾î ÀÖ´Ù.(±×¸² 3°ú 4ÂüÁ¶)

(2) The bearing also makes balls move smoothly at the load applied part of the bearing plate. And, it is designer for slightly shaking about 0.5 of face milling in order to have optimum ball load from end to end.(See figure 3 and 4)


(3) º£¾î¸µ Ç÷¹ÀÌÆ®´Â ¶ÇÇÑ Ãà¹æÇâ¿¡ ´ëÇÏ¿© ȸÀüÇÑ´Ù. º¼¿­ÀÇ µÚƲ¸²À» ¹æÁöÇÏ¿© ¸¶ÂûÀ» ÃÖ¼ÒÈ­ÇÏ°í º£¾î¸µÀÇ ¼ö¸íÀ» ±Ø´ëÈ­ ½ÃŲ´Ù.

(3) The bearing plate also rotates in the axial direction. It minimizes friction and maximizes the life by preventing the ball row from becoming distorted.
