2. Ãà(shaft)ÀÇ °æµµ(hardness)´Â HRC 60¿¡¼­ 65ÀÌ´Ù. À§¿¡ ¼­¼úµÈ °Í¿¡ ´ëÇØ ´ÙÀ½ °ø½ÄÀ» »ç¿ëÇÑ´Ù.

Each of the dynamic rating loads in the product features is applied to the Thomson ball bushing bearing working with 60 case shafts.

1. As shown in the polar coordinate, this dynamic rating load has a fixed directional load coefficient and is operated at the 90degrees point against the horizontal line.

2. The hardness of the shaft is 60 to 65 hrc. Please use the following equation for the above characteristics.

60case »þÇÁÆ® °æµµ¿Í ÀÏÄ¡ÇÏÁö ¾Ê´Â »þÇÁÆ®¿¡ ´ëÇØ¼­´Â ±×¸²2ÀÇ Ãà°æµµ °è¼ö Ks°¡ Àû¿ë µÇ¾î¾ß¸¸ ÇÑ´Ù.

The shaft hardness coefficient, Ks in figure 2 should be applied for the shaft which is not in accordance with the hardness of the 60case shaft.

ÁÖÇà ¼ö¸íº¸Á¤ °è¼ö KLÀº ±×¸² 1¿¡¼­ ¾Ë ¼ö ÀÖ´Ù.
