볼 부시의 조립(Assembly of ball bushes) 볼 부시에 무리한 충격을 주면서 하우징에 조립하여서는 안되며, 하우징과 직각인 상태에서 일직선으로 들어가도록 주의해야 한다. 아래 그림과 같이 전용 지그를 이용하여 가볍게 압입하는 것이 좋다.
Limit load is the maximum load, which can be applied to bearings. The maximum impact load should not go up to the limit load. For this, you need to analyze your applications first.

좌 그림과 같이 하우징 내에 볼 부시를 압입하는 것만으로 조립은 완성되며 볼 부시를 고정하기 위한 스톱링이나 기타 부품을 필요로 하지 않는다. Assembly is completed only with pressing and fitting the ball bush into the housing just like the left figure. Stop rings of additional accessories are not necessary to fix the ball bush. |
