열처리 정밀 연삭된 가이드 샤프트에 직접 로울러 구름 왕복운동을 한다. LM슬라이딩 블록에 작용하는 4방향(레이디얼 방향, 역레이디얼 방향, 횡방향)에 대하여 높은 정격 하중이 되도록 샤프트와 로울러의 접촉각이 60。로 배치되어 있어 어떠한 조건에서도 균형 있는 예압을 걸 수 있으므로 일정하고 낮은 마찰계수를 유지하면서 4방향 강성중 상하 방향의 강성을 높게 할 수 있다.
샤프트와 고강성의 로울러 베어링과의 마찰계수가 낮아 매우 안정된 고속 직선 운동을 얻을 수 있다. 기존의 레일은 윗부분에 구멍이 있어 외관상 보기 좋지 못했으나 RT레일은 밑부분에서 고정을 할 수 있어 부드러운 슬라이딩 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
There is a roller rolling disc alternating motion to the heat treated and precisely grinded guide shaft. To withstand four directional loads acting on the LM sliding block, (such as radial, reverse radial and bending) the shaft and roller have 60 degrees in contact angle. It can increase normal strength keeping up the constant and low friction coefficient because it can apply balanced preloads in any conditions. Both height and the coefficient of friction between the shaft and high strength roller bearing are low. So, it serves high stabilized rectilinear motion with high speed. The existing rail was not very good in appearance because of the holes on the top. But, the RT rail can be tide up to the bottom, so it has fine design and attains a smooth sliding effect.
