Thomson Super Smart 볼부싱 베어링은 보다 향상된 기능을 보유하고 있다.
일반적인 직선 베어링 보다 6배의 하중과 216배의 수명을 제공함으로써 설계를 향상 시킬 수 있다.

- 자동조심형 베어링 플레이트는 다음과 같은 기능을 제공한다.

- 하우징 내경의 비정열과 샤프트의 처짐을 보상한다.

- 볼열에 균일한 하중을 분배시킨다.

- 볼열 사이에 하중을 최적으로 분산시킨다.

- 최대의 베어링 수명을 제공한다.

-높은 하중을 견디므로 60 Case^* 샤프트와 사용시 보다 작은 크기를 선정할 수 있고 비용절감을 얻을 수 있다.

-일반적인 직선 베어링을 대체했을 때 주행수명이 길어지며 잔 고장을 줄인다.

-경화처리된 정밀 링(ring)을 사용하며 경금속이나 비금속 하우징에 설치시 구멍 끼워 맞춤이 용이하다.

- 정밀한 베어링 플레이트는 정확도 및 부드러움과 수명을 증가시킨다.

-이중 와이퍼는 먼지와 이물질로부터 보호하고, 윤활상태를 유지하며 수명을 최대화한다.

- 자동조심형 베어링 플레이트를 사용하여, 직선가이드에서 공통적으로 발생되는 문제점을 줄일 수 있다.
